AET’s 22nd SEASON!

AET’s 2025-26 season opens with a musical, Guys on Ice, Sept. 4–21. Lloyd and Marv spend a day on the ice, with occasional visits from Ernie the Mooch, contemplating life (kinda funny), love (complicated), and their beloved Green Bay Packers (now and forever).

In November, Stephen King’s horrifying novel comes to chilling life on stage with Misery, Nov. 6-23. Academy Award-winning screenwriter William Goldman adapted this gripping tale of a writer and his “number one fan” for film in 1990 and, more recently, for the stage.

Margaret Chase Smith bucked her party and the prevailing winds of politics when she took the floor of the Senate to denounce Senator Joseph McCarthy in a speech she called,, “a declaration of conscience.” Conscience, a smart, witty play about a woman who stood on principle, no matter the cost, comes to the AET stage March 12-29.

We finish the season with our 16rh world premiere! Be the first to see a brand new stage adaptation of Agatha Christie’s The Murder at the Vicarage! The vicar of the tiny English village St. Mary Meade, is staggered to find a dead man in the vicarage. And it’s no accident! Colonel Protheroe was shot in the head! Luckily, the vicar’s neighbor, Miss Jane Marple, is determined to crack the case. She already has seven suspects in mind… Agath Christie’s very first Miss Marple novel comes to life at AET in a new adaptation by playwright Margaret Raether.
